Lamb roast with spinach

Ingredients
1 lamb leg
3-4 bunches of spring onions
1 kg spinach
fresh mint
salt, red pepper
sunflower oil
Method
Luke, spinach and mint finely and put a large baking tray. The meat is cut into pieces, each piece add some of sunflower oil, salt and pepper. Arrange the pieces on the spinach, pour 3 cups water, cover with foil and bake for 2-3 hours in a moderate oven. You can add the rice - I brew and serve for garnish.
