Lamb with spicy sauce

4 tbsp sunflower oil
900 g lamb
2 onions cut
150 g thick yogurt
4 tomatoes into quarters
salt and ground black pepper
# For the pasta:
2 tsp seed Coriander
1 tbsp coconut
25 g ground almonds
2 crushed garlic cloves
1-2 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp turmeric
2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
First make a paste, as dry roasted cumin, coriander, coconut and almonds. Blend them after Constipation with ginger, garlic and turmeric, chili powder and 75 ml water. Should become a smooth paste. Kindle the oil in a frying pan fry the meat until browned. Add the onions and fry for about 3 minutes. Put spicy paste and continue frying, stirring, until the liquid evaporates. Add yogurt spoon by spoon. Cook until mixture begins to become dry between each two servings of yogurt. Add the tomatoes to the meat with 300 ml water. Add salt, add pepper, sandwiching and simmer over low heat for about an hour and a half or until the meat is tender. Fill with water as needed. Garnish rice. It is most suitable for this dish because it absorbs the rich sauce.
