Lamb's leg with grape juice and tomatoes

Ingredients
1.5 kg lamb ham
300 ml red grape juice
500 g mashed tomatoes
2 onions
4-5 cloves garlic
1 tbsp dried mint (peppermint)
1 tbsp crushed thyme
1 tsp pepper
salt
about 50 ml olive oil

Method
The meat is cut into 10 chunks. Onions and garlic finely. In a large saucepan heat the oil, fry the pieces of meat in it to light soot. Put them and the onion and garlic, fry is, until they soften and well browned meat. Quenched with grape juice, put spices and boil with lid for about 10 minutes. Add tomatoes, Cover again and let simmer on low heat for about an hour and 10 minutes.
