Large muffin with jam

Ingredients
500 g flour
7 g dry yeast
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
300 ml lukewarm water
100 g soft butter
jam
1 egg white
poppy

Method
Yeast stir the sugar, 1 tbsp of flour and a little water. Leave to rise. In the flour is made well, pour the mixture, water and salt. Knead into a soft dough. Roll out a square and on it put half of the butter. The dough is folded several times in half. Allow to rest for 20 minutes. Roll out and then the process repeated with the remaining butter. Roll out the dough to form a square. At one end of the strip is made marmalade. Rolled gently. Place in a greased round pan, the dough winds in its form. Both ends can gather. Leave to rise once more, smeared with white and sprinkle with poppy. Bake in a preheated oven at 200C ° (about 45 minutes), until golden brown. After cooling is cut into pieces.
