Latin American clatter

Ingredients
500 g pork beef Ilio
2 red onion
4-5 cloves garlic
2 chillies
4 tomatoes
1 tsp mild chilli
500 g red beans
1/2 hours. h. red wine
50 g butter
10 large black olives
salt
1 tbsp crushed basil
2-3 celery leaves
a pinch of pepper and nutmeg
Method
Soaked overnight beans boiled. Onions, garlic and peppers are finely chopped and lightly crushed in a mortar. The meat is cut into small cubes, tomatoes too, but peeled. In the heated sunflower oil fry the onion, add the peppers and garlic. Stir 5-6 times and pulls from the heat. Add spices without celery, again returns to the heat and let simmer. When done pour the drained beans, pre-fried pieces of meat, wine, tomatoes and chopped celery and again let simmer until ready already. Once removed from the heat add the butter and free of stones olives.
