Layered cake Garash with caramelized nuts

# For the bases:
10 egg whites
400 g sugar
300 g ground walnuts
# For the cream:
150 g sugar
100 g chocolate or 2 tbsp cocoa
5 yolks
250 -300 g butter
# For Kroc:
75 g sugar
2 tbsp water

On the bases: Whip of snow. Add sugar gradually and continue to stir until thickened. Add the walnuts. Everything is well mixed and the mixture was divided into 4 parts, which are fired individually in larger baking dish at the bottom of which is packed with a baking paper coated with butter and sprinkled with flour. Bake in a moderate oven. On the cream, sugar is boiled to a thick syrup with 1/2 cup water, coffee and cocoa / chocolate, stirring constantly, to not become lumpy. While still warm syrup are added yolks. All mix well and leave to cool. Stir the butter very well and added to it a little bit of cool mixture. A fluffy cream. On Kroc: sugar mixed with 2 tbsp water is caramelized and pour into a greased baking pan. Once cool, krokanat be hammered into in small pieces. The bases stick with cream as the cream is dusted on less than Kroc. Top smeared with cream and garnish optional - coconut, green or chocolate sprinkles.

Ivelina according to me this cake is not Hungarian because I know it like a recipe long ago.
