3 prepared cake bases
3 tbsp jam strawberries
# For the cream:
1.5 liters of fresh milk
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
6 tbsp flour
4 tbsp rice flour
2 tbsp starch
100 g butter

In a saucepan pour the milk, eggs clicks, add sugar, flour, rice flour, starch and Beat well with mixer. Put the pan on the stove and boil stirring cream.
