Ingredients
4 eggs
100 g sugar
250 g flour
4-5 tbsp chocolate spread
50 g melted butter or sunflower oil
# For garnish:
300 g cottage cheese
3 tbsp jelly blue plums or fruit of your choice
5 tbsp caster sugar
1 tbsp gelatin + 3 tbsp water to dissolve
# For the cream:
500 ml milk
5 tbsp sugar
3-4 tbsp natural starch
50 g butter
1 tbsp gelatin + 3 tbsp water to dissolve
# To decorate:
15-16 halves walnuts
3-4 tbsp plum jelly or fruit of your choice

Method
Beat eggs with sugar, add the chocolate spread and the butter. Mix well. Add flour gradually. The base bake in preheated oven at 200 ° C until ready. Mix the cottage cheese with powdered sugar, add jelly and again crashed. Soak gelatin in 3 tbsp water, waiting to swell and melt in a water bath. Add to melted curd mixture. Stir again very well.
