Layered cake * Tower of Pisa *

300 g butter
200 g margarine
6 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
500 g honey
3 tsp baking soda
8-10 cups flour
1 liter cream
800 g sour cream
1 tbsp instant coffee
1 tbsp hot water
walnuts for sprinkling
3 cups sugar cream (if not sweetened)
In a large saucepan dissolve the stove honey, the butter and margarine. Add baking soda mix well and remove from fire. Eggs broken with 1/2 cup sugar and gently added to the other mixture. Gradually add flour. Kneaded is kneaded and divided into 24 parts. Each roll it very thinly on parchment paper. With the ring of a detachable form for the cake (maybe with a plate) cut a circle. In the pan put a few boards. In the oven may be baked simultaneously on several trays at different levels at 180C for 5 minutes. Baked scraps can be used for sprinkling on the cake (crushed). For the cream: dissolve coffee in the water, add to the cream with the sugar and beat with a mixer. Place a plate on a plate to form dab with cream, then board, cream and so until the completion of the products. Top smear with cream smoothes removed. With the walnuts or the rest of the cake plates and sprinkle batter side.
