Leeks with feta cheese oven

Ingredients
250 g feta cheese
1 kg leek
100 ml sunflower oil
50 g butter
2 eggs
20 g flour
salt
pepper
Method
Leek cut into pieces length of 2 cm and boiled with a little salted water, then drain. Half of the drained leeks ranks in a baking dish greased with oil and sprinkle with the milled black pepper and grated feta cheese. Top is dusted remainder of leeks. Flour fry in sunflower oil until browned and pour the water lost from the leeks, then poultice to be added while stirring the eggs. Pour over the prepared sauce and bake until browned. After removal from the oven surface put the pieces of butter. Serve warm.
