Leeks with tomatoes in the oven

Ingredients
1 kg leeks
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
400 g tomatoes
1 tbsp flour
1/2 bunch parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Clean and wash leeks cut into pieces about 3 cm long, and stew in fat and less water. Then add chopped tomatoes and sauté until tender. The mixture is sprinkled with pre-baked flour, salt, pepper and finely chopped parsley. Mix well, pour into a baking dish, pour a little hot water and bake in a moderate oven.
