Legs with cream-cheesy sauce

Ingredients
4 chicken legs
# For the sauce:
400 g sour cream
1 cup Water
soy sauce
blue cheese
processed cheese
pepper
garlic
Method
Mix all ingredients for the sauce stirring until a homogeneous mixture. Cheeses, soy sauce and garlic dosed optional. Legs are placed in a deep pan, pour the sauce and allow to stand for at least 1 hour, but it is desirable to remain so at least 3 or 4 hours. Legs are arranged in a pan with a little oil, as the sauce is poured with them, cover with foil and bake for about an hour at 200 C. 10 minutes before the tray out of the oven, fthe oil is removed to obtain a crust .
