Liver-dolma with chicken gizzards

Ingredients
500 g chicken gizzards
5 tbsp fat
1 onion
1/3 cup rice
1 cup yogurt
2 eggs
mint
pepper
salt
Method
Gizzards are cooked in salted water. Onions fry in preheated oil, add the rice, chopped gizzards and spices. Pour over the part of the broth and boil 15 minutes. Pour into the baking dish, add a little more broth and bake in the oven. 15 minutes before removing from the oven pour the beaten eggs and yogurt.
