Liver with onions

Ingredients
500 g beef or pork liver
5-6 onions
2-3 carrots
5 tbsp (50 ml) vegetable oil
salt
pepper
Method
Onions and carrots cut into slices and sauté in the oil, until tender. The liver is cut into thin slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and ranks on the onion and carrots. Capped and stew 15-20 minutes. Serve with salad or pickles.

dish is very tasty and quick to prepare. A beef or pig liver can be replaced with chicken livers.

For garnish made *Galoushko* - 1 part flour, 1 part meal, an egg with a little milk and oil - one teaspoon pipette the mixture in boiling salted water. Galoushko then fry in fat (oil or butter). Suitable for other dishes, instead of fried potatoes.
