Ingredients
1 kg pork chops
2-3 tomatoes
2 onions
200 g mushrooms
pepper and paprika
mustard
Method
Crushed pork chops, brush each chop with mustard, sprinkle with salt , black and red pepper and place on a greased with sunflower oil foil. Put on the meat cut tomato, one tbsp finely chopped mushrooms, a quarter medium onion. Shrink-wrapped each chop in fthe oil and place in preheated oven. Simmer 30 minutes on medium high heat.
