Ingredients
50 g walnuts
50 g almonds
100 g bacon
1 tbsp olive oil
100 g lettuce
8-10 olives
# For the dressing:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp honey
white pepper, salt
Method
Bacon cut into small pieces and fry in a little oil. Then drain the fat. The nuts are crushed, add olive oil, the vinegar, the oil, honey, salt and pepper. The mixture was allowed to boil stirring constantly. The lettuce was washed and chopped. In a salad bowl put some lettuce over it added bacon and pour the dressing. Decorate with olives.
