Marzipan modeling

Ingredients
100 g of powdered sugar
1 kg finely ground almonds
1 egg white
Method
Egg white mix of foam, add the sugar and almonds. It should be a smooth table, suitable for modeling. If a rare sugar is added, if it is too thick - egg white.
