Ingredients
300 g frozen spinach
1 egg
1 cup breadcrumbs
3 tbsp finely chopped green onions
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp chopped parsley
450 g minced meat turkey
pepper

Method
Thaw spinach and drain the water. In a large bowl mix all products and knead well. Form balls with a diameter of about 4 cm. Place in greased pan and bake in the oven at 200 C for about 30 minutes.
