Mekitsi yogurt

Ingredients
about 1 kg of flour
egg 1
1 cup yogurt
20 g fresh yeast
300-400 ml lukewarm water
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1-2 tbsp sunflower oil

Method
Pour over half of the flour and made well. Pour beaten egg, water soluble yeast and sugar. Add the yogurt, the oil and salt. Messi adding flour until dough is formed, but must be slightly sticky and soft. Oil with sunflower oil and allowed to rise for about 1 hour. Of the dough balls tear formed of mekitsi and fry in heated oil. * Can be stored in the refrigerator.
