Milk boiled layered cake

# For the base:
2 eggs
60 g sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
# For bonding the base:
200 g jam cherries
# For the cream:
400 g demineralized cottage cheese
500 g yogurt
100 g sugar
2 tsp gelatine (20 g)
200 ml cream
2 egg white
Since the products are baked base, which is divided into two by means of a thread in order to obtain two sheets. One sheet is placed in a baking dish and smeared with cherry jam on it is placed second crust. Mix the cottage cheese with yogurt and sugar. Pre-soaked in 1/2 cup gelatin is added water in the milk mixture, placed in refrigerator for 30 minutes to cool. Separately, mix the cream with egg white and mixed with the cooled dairy mixture. The resulting cream is poured over the bases, finished cake is left overnight in the refrigerator, covered with foil, the next day sprinkle with grated chocolate.
