Milk potato soup with bacon

Ingredients
100 g bacon
1 stalk leek
1 onion
700-800 g potatoes
1 tsp thyme
3-4 tbsp flour
30-40 g butter
pepper
2 diced chicken broth
500 ml milk
Method
Bacon cut into slices and bake in a dry pan. Remove and low heat stew the onions and leeks. Add the chopped potatoes, pour water and boil 20-30 minutes. Grind the soup broth and seasoned with thyme. Boil a little and put the milk. At the end of cooking add the butter and flour. In presenting sprinkle with pepper and crushed bacon.
