Milk tea Scottish

Ingredients
1 tsp (5 g) black or green tea
1/2 yolk
1 tsp (5 g) of honey
1 and 1/4 cup (250 ml) milk
Method
Prepare a decoction of tea with boiling milk. After filtering the liquid is added to the broken yolk with honey. Serve hot.
