2 eggs
2 tea cup flour (separated at kneading)
100 ml cream
100 g butter
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
sunflower oil + 1 tbsp butter for frying
# For the syrup:
700 g sugar
240 ml water
1 tsp ginger
2 pinches of cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract

Sift the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Add the cold butter into cubes and confused. Eggs are broken and there is added cream break and add flour mixture.
