Ingredients
800 g okra
7 onions
1/2 cup vinegar
400 ml milk
2 tbsp flour
2 eggs
5 tbsp sunflower oil
salt
Method
Okra is cleaned and boiled in salted water and acidified. Half of okra into the tin. Spread a onion, pre-sliced and sautéed in fat. Pour over the onion rest okra and bake. Prepare topping of beaten eggs with milk, flour and salt. Moussaka pour and dopicha to golden brown.
