Muffins with apples, chocolate and hazelnuts

4 apples
2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup sunflower oil
1 vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp cocoa
100 g chocolate sprinkles or grated chocolate
3 eggs
10 g baking powder
1/2 cup hazelnuts

Stir very well the eggs with the sugar, then the oil, flour mixed with baking powder, vanilla. A fairly thick porridge, to which we add grated apples mixed with cinnamon (not squeeze them because before adding them to the mess it is quite thick), chocolate bars and cocoa and ground hazelnuts (can and walnuts). When we begin to add apples and other products to the dough begin to shuffle with a stirrer is not necessary to use a mixer. Ready mix put in trays and bake muffins in a preheated oven at 170-180C for 15-20 minutes. Optional top you can sprinkle with powdered sugar or make gravy. I sprinkle them with powdered sugar. * If you use the quantity specified ingredients mixture becomes very large, can use it for cakes and muffins. Or make a half dose. * muffins are very fluffy flavor of apples and chocolate.
