Mushroom caviar

Ingredients
400 g mushrooms
150-200 g of onion
150 g carrots
40 g walnuts
4 tbsp sunflower oil
2-3 tbsp soy sauce
1 clove garlic
dill
salt, pepper
Method
Onions and carrots and cut into in large pieces. Put them in a pan with hot sunflower oil and sauté the lid over medium heat, occasionally stirring. After 20-30 minutes, tender vegetables are pulled from the heat. Wash mushrooms. If larger cut into 2 or 4. Put them in a greased baking pan. Heat the oven to 180C degrees. Mushrooms baked for about 20 minutes. Allow to cool and ground together with the vegetables. Add ground walnuts, fat from vegetables, soy sauce, black pepper, crushed garlic and chopped dill. Finally mix everything well.
