Mushroom ragout

Ingredients
500 g mushrooms mushrooms
2 onions
200 ml white wine
1/2 tsp crushed dry basil
30 g butter
2 tbsp cream
1 tsp flour
200 g ham
salt and black pepper
Method
Sliced ​​mushrooms, chopped onion, wine and spices stew ten minutes in a closed container. Then everything is sprinkled with flour, stir, add the cream, kotlonat off and leave the dish on it. Shredded ham fry gently in the butter and pour over mushrooms finished.
