Ingredients
250 g mushrooms mushrooms
mushroom bouillon cubes 2
1 carrot
1/3 cup vermicelli
150 g bacon
1 egg
pepper
parsley
Method
In 1 liter of boiling water, cook the chopped mushrooms and carrot, add bouillon cubes. Season with pepper and let the soup simmer 20-30 minutes until tender vegetables. Add noodles, bacon cut into small pieces and fry in their own fat in a dry pan. Add to soup and remove from heat. Put it in water and veiled egg, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
