Mushrooms in a pot

Ingredients
200 g mushrooms (mushrooms, porcini)
100 ml cream for cooking
3-4 pieces processed cheese and / or smoked, can be added and cow
20-30 g cheese
salt

Method
Wash the mushrooms well and leave to poizsahnat on paper or cloth. In a pot put 1/2 of the cream, put the top half of the coarsely chopped mushrooms and some salt. Then put the feta cheese, mushrooms and remaining salt it again. Pour in remaining cream on top and sprinkle the grated cheese. Bake about 15 minutes at 200 C in a preheated oven. The mushrooms can be replaced with broccoli, smoked chicken and others.

Very tasty recipe. I added a little smoked ham and it was just amazing. I forgot to put salt, but you had better taste because of melted cheese has enough salt.

We really liked Mushroom Men. With double the amount made three pots. Hardly put salt and were quite unsalted then. Recommend to eat as poizstinat to toughen sauce of cream, because baking mushrooms let a lot of water. But as time passed and little spoon straight from the court with mushrooms sauce :) Great appetizer and combined beautifully with Shopska :)
