Ingredients
          1 ready base
          # For the first cream:
          500 ml cream (sweet)
          400 g yogurt
          1 cup sugar
          2 gelatin (20 g)
          200 ml water
          # For the second cream:
          3 eggs
          1 yolk
          1/2 cup sugar
          125 g butter
          rind of 1 orange
          1/3 cup orange juice

          Method
              Cake in piecing cutter with removable bottom. At the bottom put the base. The cream was stirred with the sugar, followed by addition of yoghurt and melted in the water (water bath) gelatin. Mix again and finished mixture is poured onto the base. Allow to harden in the refrigerator.   Meanwhile, prepare the second cream: eggs are broken with a little sugar and add cow butter cut into pieces, orange peel and juice. The whole was stirred in a water bath to compression. When done pour over the cake. Leave again in the refrigerator to set. Top decorated optional.     * If you want to shine * * second cream, add to it 1 gelatin dissolved in 1/2 cup water.
