100 g soft butter
100 g finely grated cow feta cheese
170 g flour
1 egg for egg wash

Mix the butter, the feta cheese and salt. Mix well to obtain a cream. To add the flour mixture and a soft paste. Shape the pretzels into shape optional. I chose the easy form of pellets - about 20 g, as a single dose is given 18 pretzels. Smeared with egg and bake in a preheated 180C degrees oven for 15-20 minutes.
