Omelette with cherry jam

Ingredients
4 eggs
50 g of powdered sugar
pinch of salt
40 ml cream
1 tbsp rum
100 g jam cherries
20 g butter
Method
Eggs are broken down with sugar, salt, cream and rum. Add chopped fruit jam and pour the mixture into the heated butter. Fry omelet is folded in half and decorate the top with whole cherries sweet. Optional can be flooded with rum and flamed.
