Ordinal moussaka spinach in a pot

Ingredients
1.5 kg fresh spinach or 500 g frozen
200 g of cooked rice
3 onions, sliced ​​
4-5 tbsp sunflower oil
2-3 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp paprika
100 g cheese
# TOPPING:
30 g butter
1 tbsp flour
150 ml milk
2 yolks
pinch nutmeg
salt and pepper

Method
Spinach is washed, cut into small pieces and withering with boiling water, then drain. Onions fry for a few seconds, pour a little water and leave to cook for 5-10 minutes. Once soft sprinkle with paprika, mix and dilute tomato puree. Then make up less than water or broth from spinach and stir until the puree is dissolved. Add and milled spinach and stir again. The butter melts flour and stir it until golden. Pour cold milk and boil once flavored with salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg. In a separate bowl whisk the egg yolks in them carefully pour the white sauce, stirring constantly. The bottom of the pot put part of steamed spinach on it a layer of rice and spinach again. Watered with topping, Grate a little cheese and bake in a moderate oven 180 C to redness.
