The fish is washed, dried and cut into portioned pieces. Lightly salt it. Egg white stir and add to it in the tomato paste, flour, olive oil, white pepper and a little water to density breading. Dip fish pieces and arrange in a baking dish with baking paper. Bake middle BBQ, 190 C, 30 minutes. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Serve with potato salad.

sounds very tasty! Goes to Favorites :)

Maggie, and what is this fish I have never heard of such, but what else can be replaced?

samira, not replace it with another. Pangasius is gorgeous fish. It is already available in almost any store. I'm just frying until now and is very tasty, and as Maggie offers, will probably be even more delicious.

Thank Vesi, the recipe is Yoni and I have not cooked personally. And that means that it is successful! Samira, Vietnamese pangasius is freshwater whitefish, I often buy it for small that no bones.

Great yummy! Maggie, as all your recipes and this is great!

recipe is really great vkusutiya! Only that, in my 1 teaspoon zehtinche is too small. Pengasiusa bland fish and it is good to put a bit more of this fat. I put about half a cup of coffee and becomes much taste.

I do not look lean, fat lot of places, even in January wring. Matter of taste.
