Distribute into bowls or cups and placed in the refrigerator for several hours until gelled. Can be served in selected vessels or content to be paid to the plate. To separate easily the panna cotta court may be dipped in hot water for seconds. Garnish with fruit of your choice. If you want a lighter cream panna cotta can be replaced with low-fat or mixed with milk.
