Panna cotta with liqueur

Ingredients
1 liter cream
14 g gelatin (2 packets)
100 ml milk
1 vanilla
3 tbsp liqueur Drambui or another of your choice
150 g sugar
fruit syrup and fruit garnish

Method
Insert the gelatin soften in a glass with cold water. In a saucepan mix all other products. Put it on low heat and stir. Shortly before it boils add the gelatin and off the stove. Stirring is continued for some time, then removed from heat and the cream is allowed to cool for some time. After 2 hours, it is ready for serving. Serve with syrup or fruit optional.

What is this pastry gelatin, I'm not a great cook but gelatin is it not the same.And how gelatin is gelatin * 8 (spoons, cups, ..?).And liquor mnozhko not it?Can you image if you done it?

gelatin is 8 sachets and for liquor do not think much.

Bibi did her but put only one tablespoon liquor and was very nice. Your panakota looks very good, nice picture.

This is not done it myself, but a friend. I do not I like to cook sweets. Basically I'm learning catering for this may be normal I learned to arrange and cook well.

Bibi, I wrote that I did Panakotta and unless I put 1 tablespoon liquor, put only 2 packets of gelatin. One packet of gelatin my 7 years Many are eight packets for that fluid. Also reduced the sugar and 1/2 cup Girlfriend something wrong.

gelatin using a pastry sheets on a gram and a half dip again in cold water to soften and mix, I personally liter of fresh cream put 6-7 leaves enough for panakotata
