First, mix the dry ingredients (without sugar ) in a bowl and in Clean the screen. In a large bowl, beat the butter with a mixer until it is fluffy and creamy. Add the sugar. After mixing well, add one by one egg after each stirring until complete mixing them. Add 1/2 of dry ingredients, stir and add 1/2 of the puree. Repeat. Stir until complete mixing of all ingredients. In a baking dish with a diameter of 21 cm and covered with baking paper, pour the dough. Bake in preheated oven 175S about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean not the center of the cake. After firing her leave for 10 minutes in the form, then remove and allow to cool completely. If you hurry you 10 minutes after taking it out of shape to put it in the fridge for a while. Take a cup or less shablonche and begin to crop circles roughly the diameter of a standard muffin. These circles cut 2 * the base *, as between these bases will rub well with the cream of the cream cheese. Once blind decorate with cream or other cream optional. * You can use canned pumpkin puree or just boil a little pumpkin, drain it from the water and blend. Nepodsolena cook it into clean water. * You can also use standard forms for muffins, but then baking time will change. * If you wish, you can add and lightly roasted walnuts into the dough and garnish with them cakes. A very spectacular and also show what's in the cake itself. * You can not cut a kragchentsa and leave the cake around. Even without glaze is divinely delicious.
