Ingredients
1 kg minced meat
2 slices of dry bread
2 onions
2 red peppers
2 eggs
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp ketchup
salt
milk
paprika
pepper

Method
Soak bread in milk. Squeezed milk bread and chopped onions and peppers mixed with raw eggs, mustard and ketchup. Add the minced meat and spices and is kneaded well. Formed into small balls that are placed in a tray covered with baking paper (or foil). Bake in preheated 180 C oven for about 20 minutes. Before deducting leave a stronger temperature for 5 minutes to constipation. Of these surpluses are about 50 meatballs.
