Pasta with basil and tomatoes

Ingredients
30 ml olive oil
2 rosemary twigs
4 unpeeled garlic cloves
450 g tomatoes
12 fresh basil leaves
salt, pepper
350 g pasta ribbons
Method
In tray is placed 1 tbsp olive oil, rosemary, garlic and cover with tomatoes, cut in half with the cut side down. Sprinkle with remaining olive oil, place on preheated BBQ, while their skin darkened. Peel tomatoes and cut into pieces in the pot, mix with peeled garlic. Basil leaves put goals in tomato sauce, add salt and add pepper. Cook the pasta al-dente and drain. Heat the sauce over low heat. Pasta place in preheated deep bowl and mix with the sauce. Serve immediately, decorated with basil leaves and rosemary.
