Paste trout and shrimp

Ingredients
1 cup (Incomplete) butter
4 scallions
2 cloves garlic
500 g fillet of trout, cleaned and cut in large pieces
2 tbsp brandy
500 g peeled and cooked shrimp
5-6 tbsp cream
1 tbsp lemon juice
2tbsp finely chopped dill
2 tbsp sore sauce of your choice
salt
pepper freshly ground
Method
The butter is melted in a pan. Add the finely chopped onion, crushed garlic and fry for a minute. Add boned trout and stew on a slow fire. Add the brandy and stew for another minute, then pour the cleaned shrimp, cream, lemon juice, dill and make hot sauce. The mixture was stirred with a mixer or a blender to give a paste. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour into a suitable container for serving, cover and leave in the refrigerator until firm.
