Pate Avocado

Ingredients
1 large avocado
1 clove garlic
1 red pepper or tomato
1 lemon
salt
pepper

Method
The meat of the avocado is collected by the scoop and pureeing. Add garlic clove, finely chopped and pepper (tomato), cut into cubes. Seasoned with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

It is very tasty, and I use or roasted peppers, or miss them completely! Becomes a matter munuti and when properly acidified endured one day in the refrigerator without darken naturally covered.

As described recipe is great, we sometimes add a little cayenne pepper.
