Ingredients
4 potatoes
1 carrot
1.5 l meat broth
40 ml sunflower oil
1 onion
100 g bacon
300 g frozen peas
2-3 skinless sausages
salt, pepper
Method
Potatoes and carrots cut into cubes and cook in the broth. Onions and bacon fry separately. When the potatoes and carrots are ready add the onion, bacon and peas the skinless sausages, diced. Once the soup boil, boil for another 10 minutes and season to taste with salt and pepper.
