Peppers with feta cheese and eggs

Ingredients
10-12 (1 kg) peppers
5 tbsp (100 ml) vegetable oil
5 eggs
100 g feta cheese
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
salt
parsley

Method
Peppers are roasted, peeled and cleaned of seeds, then cut into strips and fry lightly in fat. Add crumbled feta cheese, eggs, red pepper and salt to taste. Lightly roasted in the oven and served sprinkled with chopped parsley.
