Peppers with Rice

Ingredients
10 (300 g) dried peppers
2-3 heads (150 g) onion
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
2 eggs
1 cup (200 g) rice
1/2 cup (100 g) yogurt
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
pepper
parsley
salt

Method
Peppers are cleared from seed and boiling water. Chop finely and stew in the oil, then stir in the paprika. Add the rice, pour 2 cups hot water, add salt and boil until absorb the water. Remove from heat and allow to cool, and then mixed with the chopped parsley and the pepper. The mixture is stuffed peppers. Sprinkle a little flour and arrange in pan. Pour hot water and cook on low heat until ready. At the end of cooking pour beaten with yogurt eggs.

can be made with fresh peppers. In TOPPING put 1 h l toasted flour.
