Petrovski chicken

Ingredients
1 large chicken
20 cloves of garlic
250 ml white wine
1 tbsp rosemary
1 bunch green onions
1 onion
salt, pepper
2 tbsp sour cream
Method
Washed and dried chicken rub with salt and ground black pepper inside and exterior with rosemary. Peeled cloves of garlic cut in half, from 10 cloves are placed between the skin of the chicken. The remaining cloves along with the green onions and onions are placed at the bottom of the pan and place the chicken on top. Pour half of white wine. Bake for half an hour. Then prebaya and remaining wine, baked to readiness. Resultant juice of chicken boil and add the cream and pepper. This sauce pour the chicken before serving.
