Pike with white butter

Ingredients
1 pike over 1 kg
1 onion
1 carrot
thyme
fennel
bay leaf
parsley
salt
2-3 small peppers
1/2 cup (100 ml) white wine
# For white butter:
1/2 cup (100 ml) white wine
3 small heads onion
100 g butter
Method
The boiling 1/2 cup (100 ml) of wine, 600 ml water, the chopped onion and carrot, salt and spices, then the mixture is cooled. In the cold broth place cleaned pike and again boil on low heat for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, a white butter: Chop very finely, place in a small bowl, pour the wine and boil until the onions soften and the wine evaporates.
