Pirozhki with ham and cheese

200 ml lukewarm milk
egg 1
2 yolks
3 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp salt
42 g yeast (1 cube)
500 g flour
160 g breadcrumbs
200 g cheese
200 g ham sausage
2 egg whites
fat frying

Of flour, milk, egg yolks, the oil, salt and yeast interfere medium soft dough. Yeast has to be pre-diluted in milk. Dough not wait to rise. Roll out to a thickness of 3 mm. With a glass cut circles. With lightly beaten whites brushed the edges of the circles. In the middle are placed strips of sausage and cheese. Circles are wound on the roll and lubricated with a egg white, and then rolled in bread crumbs. Leave to rise for about 15 minutes. Fry in many sunflower oil, which is heated.
