Pita with lemonade for Christmas

Ingredients
3 eggs
40 g fresh yeast
1 tbsp salt
500 ml yellow lemonade
100 ml water to dilute the yeast
200 g butter
1 kg of flour
1 yolk for brushing

Method
Of the products interfere slightly stiff dough, leave to rise. Then knead lightly again. Warm the butter and flush the tray in which you will bake the pita with fat. Loaf shape. Mazhem with yolk dissolved in a little milk. Leave to rise. Bake in the oven at 180C. Subtracting sprayed with water and cover with a towel.
