Pita from semolina

Ingredients
1 kg semolina
20 g yeast
250 g yogurt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp salt
Method
In the meal is done well and pour it dissolved in lukewarm water, yeast, yogurt with baking soda, salt and the oil. Gradually add warm water - about 1 and 1/2 cup - And knead the dough. Leave to rise, and then shaping the pita. Bake in greased pan in moderate oven.
