Pitas with butter of BBQ yeast

Ingredients
2 cups sifted flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil
20 g fresh yeast or 1/2 packet of dry
Water
# spreads:
melted butter
crushed garlic
finely chopped green spices
colored salt optional

Method
Sift the flour, put the salt, yeast, fat and mix a medium soft dough. Put it in a greased bowl and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. After the rise is divided into balls the size of an egg, left to relax, 5-10 minutes. Each ball is disarrange as cakes with oiled hands, put one over the other in an oiled tray, by putting grease between them so as not to agglomerate. Remain for five minutes to relax. Bake on the BBQ, then coated with the butter with spices and fell forward to soften.
